1Surrogate Criteria
The Angel Heart Surrogacy has strict requirements for every surrogate before the application process begins. Please review the list of “Surrogate Mother Qualifications” and see if you are qualified.2Surrogate Mother Application
Complete our secure online surrogate mother application as thoroughly as possible. Once you have finished, we will send you a welcome email advising you whether you've been accepted into the program.3Comprehensive Matching Process
Once you are accepted into our surrogate mother family, we discuss information about possible intended parents as we build your custom match. We also provide a comprehensive legal contract with clear legal guidelines for each party.4Medical Screening & Procedures
After a surrogate mother has been selected, the intended parent can go to see the fertility physician for the necessary medical tests and physical screenings. Depending on the situation, the physician will design a plan for both parties (surrogate mother & intended parent) to follow, detailing the necessary steps and medications.5Pregnancy
The joy begins when a positive pregnancy is achieved. During the pregnancy, the intended parent and surrogate mother will stay in constant contact.
