The holiday season only comes around once a year. It’s best to enjoy the holiday cheer instead of stressing out over what needs to be done or over any pressing challenges you’re experiencing.

Do: Delegate what you can’t handle
You may have the tendency to want to please others and ensure their comfort. But while you are pregnant, don’t be shy about delegating.
If others are eager and willing to help, take advantage. If no one offers, then it’s okay to be more proactive about enlisting others.
